HEY FOLKS!
We Decided to not wait any longer. We have way too many people in need that can’t get housing! It’s not that housing isn’t available, but that the housing is not right for folks who are extremely poor! So we are going to solve homelessness in Muncie one lot, one tiny home at a time. One Emergency Shepherds Hut, But we are going to start with a few Tiny Homes!

GIVING FOLKS ACCESS
who can’t qualify for the normal low income housing.
Yep, if you came out of Jail and are working
you still may not qualify for housing.
If you been evicted you may not qualify for low income housing…
Ending Homelessness in Muncie requires Housing
But not just any housing will do. You may find it hard to believe
that most solutions don’t work because of the walls around the solution.
Low Income Housing will not work in most cases if you have had an eviction
This is why we are not just building low income housing but with a low barriers.
That’s Right…
We see that many homeless have a income but when a landlord raises the rents
and gives the tenant 30 day notice and they are dirt poor.
Well, not only do they lose their home but chances of getting housing is next to none.
