This is a wonderful opportunity to serve the community. We can place you in one of many areas in the Dining Area including Drink Station, Dessert Cart, or Food Line.
These are standing positions and we can limit your time if that helps. but can you help for 4 hours? 1 till 5pm

Set Up Crew,
Clean Up Crew
Set Up Crew: Help us set up everything for the event.
We have the Dining area, Coat Room, Tables, Donations place in proper areas, the list is long as the whole thing is set up in less than an hour or two. Set Up Crew can meet me at 10 am at the on location.
Clean Up Crew will start to tare down some areas starting as early as 4:30 PM in order for us to be Done and Cleaned up by 5:30 PM
The Church must look like a church when we are done.
A Clean Up Crew Leader will help assist in your assigned area.
Dining Room Crew: Sweeping, Moping, wiping down tables,
putting leftovers away. Chapel Area: Trash, Sweeping, Tables,

Donation Stations
This is a wonderful opportunity to serve the community. We can place you in one of many areas including Coat Room, Clothing, Blankets, hygiene kits, childrens items. There are many types of giveaways and you can be at one.
These are standing positions and we can limit your time if that helps. but can you help for 2 hours or 4 hours? 1 till 5pm.

Ushers
Help us navigate the guests to the proper place.
We have the so much going on that everyone will start in the Main Chapel and we will need to help people from parking, to walking.
Dining area, Coat Room, Tables, Donations place in proper areas, the list is long so we will give you a map and instructions.
We will meet me at 12 am on location for usher assignments and directions.
